You can apply for one, or apply for all. When you Wish upon a Star, all your dreams can come true!

Wishes

This program offers options for smaller items that will help you along your way. Maybe some much needed school items or a video game that will just make your day!

Hopes

This program offers options for medium type items that will help you along the way. This could include a computer monitor or room safety items.

​

Dreams

This program offers options for Large type items that will you along the way. This could include a room makeover or one of our support dogs.

​

Magical Experiences

This program offers a modified getaway for some much needed R&R in a way that helps support the child with Epilepsy or other Neurological Disorder.

Kara Lynn Foundation may only choose 1 program a month or may choose all 4 so if you were not chosen in the month you submitted your application, it doesn't mean you wont be chosen in subsequent months.
